From EnnaPress: Regeneration of the Villages of Sicily, Ustica protagonist in the PNRR projects
On April 9, 2025, an important initiative dedicated to the regeneration of 36 Sicilian villages was presented in Palermo, thanks to 25 projects financed by the PNRR for a total of approximately 44 million euros. Among these projects, the cultural program “Ustum” stands out, which directly involves the island of Ustica.
ISIDE SALUS PER AQUAM SRL, owner of Villa Ustica Green Village, has signed an agreement with the Sicilian Region and the Archaeological Park of Himera, Solunto and Iato to enhance the archaeological, environmental and landscape heritage of the island. This represents a fundamental step for the promotion and protection of the riches of Ustica, including it among the excellences of Sicily that will benefit from the PNRR funds.
